Suwannarut holds two-shot lead ahead of final round at Macao Open

SUNGJAE IM TEE SHOT ON 14TH HOLE STORY: Thailand's Sarit Suwannarut has maintained his lead at the Macao Open, carding a third round 66 on Saturday (October 18) to put him two shots ahead of Australia's Brett Rankin heading into the final day. Rankin had pulled level at the 14th but Suwannarut made birdies on 16 and 18 to end the day 16-under-par for the tournament. China's Ding Wenyi closed in on the leaders with a 65 to move into third, while his compatriot Ye Wocheng is just one shot behind on 12-under-par following a 67. Germany's Dominic Foos is part of a group of players tied for 8th on ten-under-par but he produced the shot of the day by holing his approach to the third.
