The adidas-designed ball takes its name from the Spanish for "three waves" – a nod to Canada, Mexico and the United States jointly staging football's biggest show for the first time. Its eye-catching red, green and blue color scheme honors each host nation, while a revolutionary four-panel construction creates wave-like geometry across its surface.
