The Italian had to be helped back to his seat midway through the deciding set against Tallon Griekspoor.  Sinner had won the first set tiebreaker but a fight back from Griekspoor pushed the match into a third set in brutally hot conditions.  Sinner started limping between points and eventually, after a wayward serve, was unable to continue and struggled back to his chair for medical attention before retiring from the game with the score at 6-7(3) 7-5 3-2. Griekspoor became the first Dutchman to reach the fourth round in the competition and will now face Valentin Vacherot of Monaco. (Production: Simon Ormiston)
