(Reuters) -Australian lender ANZ on Thursday announced three senior leadership appointments to its Group Executive Committee as part of efforts to strengthen its retail, risk management and technology operations. Pedro Rodeia will join as group executive for Australia Retail, Christine Palmer as group chief risk officer, and Donald Patra as group chief information officer, ANZ said in a statement.
