Dec 10 (Reuters) – Paramount Skydance-owned CBS News on Wednesday named Emmy award winning journalist Tony Dokoupil as the anchor of its flagship nightly newscast, "CBS Evening News", marking one of the first major moves by Bari Weiss as the news division's new lead. Paramount CEO David Ellison in October named Weiss as editor-in-chief of CBS News, the news division of U.S. broadcaster CBS, as part of a deal to acquire The Free Press, the online news site she founded and which has earned a reputation for challenging conventional narratives.
