Google to invest $10 billion in data centre in South India

BENGALURU (Reuters) -Alphabet Inc's Google will invest $10 billion to set up a 1-gigawatt data centre in the southern Indian state of Andhra Pradesh, a state minister said. A formal agreement between the state and the tech giant is due on Tuesday, the minister added. (Reporting by Munsif Vengattil in Bengaluru; Editing by Himani Sarkar)
