The Kansas City Chiefs downgraded receiver Xavier Worthy to questionable for Monday night's road game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Worthy is dealing with shoulder and ankle injuries with the latter ailment being the reason for Sunday's change in status. He was a full practice participant all week and wasn't given an injury designation on Saturday. Worthy dislocated his right shoulder on the first series of the season when he collided with teammate Travis Kelce. He missed the next two games. Worthy returned for last week's victory over the Baltimore Ravens and had five catches for 83 yards. Last season, Worthy caught 59 passes for 638 yards and six touchdowns and added three rushing scores as a rookie. Cornerback Kristian Fulton (ankle) and defensive tackle Omarr Norman-Lott (shoulder) are also listed as questionable for Kansas City (2-2). –Field Level Media
