Israel parliament raises 2025 deficit target to 5.2% of GDP on more Gaza war spending

JERUSALEM, Sept 29 (Reuters) – Israel's parliament gave final approval on Monday to raise the country's 2025 budget deficit ceiling to 5.2% of gross domestic product from 4.9% due to the need to raise defence spending to be fund the war in Gaza.
