HANOI, Oct 6 (Reuters) – Vietnam exported 483,000 metric tons of rice in September, down 41.3% from the same month of last year, government data showed on Monday. Rice export revenues in the month fell 54.7% from a year earlier to $232 million, the National Statistics Office said in a report. Chase McLaughlin kicked three field goals, including a 39-yarder as time expired, to give the Tampa Bay Buccaneers a 38-35 victory against the host Seattle Seahawks on Sunday as both teams celebrated their 50th anniversaries by wearing throwback uniforms. The Blue Jays decided to start rookie Trey Yesavage at home Sunday in Game 2 of the series and save Shane Bieber for Game 3 in the hostile environment of New York's Yankee Stadium on Tuesday. The Kansas City Chiefs downgraded receiver Xavier Worthy to questionable for Monday night's road game against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
