ALL TIMES GMT (Poland: GMT + 2 hours): RUSSIAN BOAT Polish border guards said on Thursday they had seen a Russian fishing boat acting suspiciously near a gas pipeline in waters off the town of Wladyslawowo, amid anxiety over possible sabotage operations in the Baltic Sea. NATO PIPELINES Polish pipeline operator PERN will sign a preliminary deal on Friday with a unit of Poland's defence ministry to extend the country's fuel pipelines to connect them with the NATO system, the ministry said on Thursday. MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski said that Poland is not considering a complete severance of diplomatic relations with Russia, but must face information and hybrid attacks, Fakt daily reported.
