MOSCOW, Oct 4 (Reuters) – Russia, the world's largest producer and exporter of oilseed flax, has introduced a 10% duty on exports of the crop, the government said on Saturday. The decision will remain in effect until August 31, 2026. "The measure will stimulate the capacity utilisation of flax processing and maintain a balance between the domestic market and export," the government said.
