WASHINGTON, Sept 30 (Reuters) – President Donald Trump said on Tuesday his administration is considering attacking drug cartels "coming by land" in Venezuela after the U.S. military struck several boats it claimed were carrying illicit drugs from that country. "Now we'll look at cartels," he told reporters as he left the White House. "We're going to look very seriously at cartels coming by land." (Reporting by Nandita Bose and Steve Holland)
